     This product is the new generation of product developed by our company on the basis of the original sizing agent. In addition to the self-retention, high water resistance, acceleration of curing speed and improvement of sizing effect, it obviously improves paper and other technical indicators and can be widely applied in the writing paper, offset printing paper, box board paper, corrugated paper, electrostatic copy paper, copper plate base paper, etc.

Performance characteristics

1.   The product can endow paper high water resistance, and improve the gloss and strength of paper. Its low yellowing value can reduce the brittleness of paper. 

2.   It can improve the printability of paper, boost the retention of fiber fines and filler, and reduce the pulp loss and cost. 

3.   It can simplify the sizing process, and improve paper machine making performance. It will not generate the papermaking barrier, with rapid aging speed. 

4.   Neutral papermaking can reduce the equipment corrosion and prolong the service life of equipment. 

Usage tips

Ø The product can be used in wider PH value (6-9) value, and is applied to the wood pulp, bamboo pulp, waste paper reclaimed pulp, wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton stalk pulp, etc. 

Ø 5-15kg product is added in general, and is continuously added to mixing tank or mixing box through metering pump. 

Ø In case of acid papermaking, the equipment and pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned before use of the product. When the PH value of slurry is less than 6, a little soda ash or caustic soda can be added for adjustment.

Packing and storage

     The product is packaged in 200kg and 1,000kg plastic bucket.
