     BK-600 molding clean net agent is a mixture of polymer and surface active agent. This agent is a high-efficiency deposit control agent and repulping auxiliary agent that can be used directly on paper, paperboard and pulping systems, so as to control various deposits. Regardless of whether the sediment is derived from resin, broken paper or secondary fibers, it is an excellent cleaning agent. This product is suitable for neutral, acidic, and alkaline systems. It can prevent the resin, viscose, paint stickies and other wet hydrophobic pollutants from being accumulated in the paper and pulp machine net, thereby making the net clearer, the paper more efficiently, and the service life of the net longer.

Performance characteristics

     This product is suitable for the neutral, acidic and alkaline system. It can prevent the resin, viscose, paint stickies and other wet hydrophobic pollutants from being accumulated in the paper and pulp machine felts, thereby making the felts clearer, the paper more efficiently, and the service life of the felts longer. 

Usage tips

1.   Consumption: 0.1-0.3kg/㎡ dry net. 

2.   Conduct 5-10 times dilution with water before use, directly spray it on the surface of dry net at crawling speed of paper machine, then operate the dry net for 5-10 minutes at the crawling speed, and finally thoroughly rinse dry net with high-pressure water. 

     Precautions 

     Avoid contacting eyes. Please rinse with clean water in case of splashing into eyes accidentally. 

Packing and storage

Ø It is packaged with 200kg plastic bucket and stored in cool place. 

Ø Guarantee period: 12 months.
