Usage tips

1.   Alkaline oxygen -bath steaming process:              

·        Efficient multifunctional scouring agent CH-51               7-8 g/l

·        Caustic soda                                                                        15 g/l   

·        Hydrogen peroxide                                                             10 g/l 　　

·        Stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide HO                                    8 g/l              　　 

2.   Cold rolling stack process:

·        Efficient multifunctional scouring agent CH-51              12-15 g/l   

·        Caustic soda                                                                      45-50 g/l

·        Hydrogen peroxide                                                           18-22 g/l

·        Stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide HO                                   8-15 g/l

    Attention: Since the multi-function scouring agent CH-51 is an auxiliary agent with high content, so attention should be made when dissolving it. First add a small amount of water to the weighed multifunctional scouring agent CH-51, stir it evenly, next flush into considerable water. 

Packing and storage

     It shall be packed in 200 kg or 1000 kg plastic barrel; Store at room temperature, storage period shall be 12 months
