It is used in the production process of writing and printing, newsprint, double offset paper, mechanical pulp paper and linerboard, relief paper, and corrugated paper. It is usually added after the pressure screen of the paper machine, and the amount is 0.01%-0.03% ton of paper. It can be used as a single polymer, double polymer or particle retention aid, and can also be used as a flocculant to enhance paper machine and white water recovery efficiency. Used under a wide range of pH conditions.

It has excellent retention of fine fibers and fillers. It can keep the wet end chemical conditions stable, improve the paper uniformity and paper physical properties. Strengthen water filtration, reduce dehydration energy consumption in forming, pressing and drying processes. Reduce the concentration of white water, speed up the filtration of the mesh, and improve the yield of raw materials and the efficiency of white water recovery. Strengthen the retention of colloidal substances in the wet end, improve sizing and dyeing efficiency. Reduce the amount of filler added and save fiber raw materials. Reduce overall costs.
· Use concentration
This product can retain the filler even at a lower concentration. If the concentration is too high, it is easier to flocculate the filler and pulp locally, which will affect the evenness of the paper. Moreover, the amount of retention aid is very small, so it should be used as dilute as possible, but not too dilute, otherwise it will affect the retention rate of the filler. It is recommended to add it at a concentration of 0.02-0.05% or more. When dissolving, the stirring speed should not be too fast to prevent the mechanical shearing degradation of the long polymer chain. The stirring speed does not exceed 30 rpm, and the retention aid solution needs a 60 mesh filter to prevent the undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of the finished paper. When the water temperature is high in summer, it needs to be dissolved and stirred for about 1 hour, and when the water temperature is low in winter, it needs to be dissolved and stirred for about 1.5 hours.
· Dissolution method
Generally, it is recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene or Tang porcelain glass materials as dissolution tanks and storage tanks, and do not use iron, copper or aluminum materials as storage tanks and addition equipment. Iron ions will degrade the polymer and reduce the retention effect
· Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.05%
· Suggested storage time: 1-2 days
· It is recommended to add the location behind the pressure screen or the high-level box to the headbox pipeline.
